Alexis Sloan
Medical AestheticianI began my journey in aesthetics shortly after graduating from the University of Memphis. I knew that I wanted to be doing something more than sitting behind a desk! I had always had an interest in the cosmetology industry and decided that aesthetics was where I wanted to grow my knowledge. I always loved skin and was fascinated in all the ways you could change your skin by just using medical grade skincare at home and doing treatments every four to six weeks. Long story short, I fell in love with my job and building relationships with my patients! In my free time, I love playing with my springer spaniel, Beatrice, visiting family in Destin, FL, and spending time with friends and family. As a medical aesthetician, I specialize in advanced skincare treatments, including chemical peels, SkinPen® microneedling, HydraFacial®, laser hair removal, IPL, and customized facials.
I am dedicated to providing personalized care and delivering visible results for patients. I take pride in staying updated on the latest skincare technologies and treatments to ensure a safe, effective, and luxurious experience.
Whether addressing concerns like acne, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, or signs of aging, I work closely with each patient to develop tailored skincare regimens and keep them educated on new products and technologies.
I hope to see you all very soon for some pampering!

Lauren Bishop, FNP-C
Aesthetic Nurse InjectorMy name is Lauren Bishop and I am a nurse practitioner and aesthetic injector here at Wallace Plastic Surgery Group. I am originally from Florence, AL where I graduated from the University of North Alabama in 2015 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. After graduation I moved to Nashville, TN and started my nursing career at St. Thomas West in the intensive care unit. After four years in the ICU, I moved to Memphis to be with my now husband and continued my career in the cardio-pulmonary transplant ICU and Cath lab. In 2020, I left bedside nursing to pursue my dream of becoming an aesthetic nurse. I worked in dermatology for a bit to get a better understanding of skin health and cosmetic dermatology. My background also includes functional medicine which inspired me to go back to graduate school where I obtained my Family Nurse Practitioner degree from The University of Memphis in 2023. I have always considered myself a creative, artistic person with a love for science and aesthetic medicine, and this field allows me to combine both of these passions. The initial consult is extremely important to me to discuss your goals, budget, realistic expectations, and so forth. I prioritize safety and pride myself in achieving natural, long-term results. I truly love helping my patients feel beautifully refreshed while still looking like themselves. My favorite treatments are neurotoxin and Morpheus8. My favorite products are AlphaRet from SkinBetter and Alastin Hydratint SPF. I am so happy to be part of the Wallace Plastic Surgery team because of the incredibly talented women on our staff and our customized approach to helping you look and feel your best!

Lynn Day, RN
Aesthetic Nurse InjectorLynn Day began her plastic surgery and aesthetics journey in 1992, working in office and surgery alongside Dr. Goshorn. She has been in nursing since 1977 and transitioned into performing filler injections full-time by the end of 1999, just around the time BOTOX® Cosmetic was introduced.
For Lynn, the most rewarding aspect of her work is the relationships she has built with her patients. Many of her clients have stayed with her for over 20 years, and she has even had the privilege of treating their daughters as they’ve grown.
When it comes to her work, Lynn loves both BOTOX® Cosmetic and fillers, appreciating the subtle nuances and unique dosing each treatment offers. Her favorite treatments include cheek fillers and softening lines around the mouth, using a combination of BOTOX® Cosmetic and fillers to enhance facial structure and fullness.
Lynn has newly joined the Wallace Plastic Surgery Group team and we could not be more excited to have her!

McFerrin Berryhill, FNP-C
Aesthetic Nurse InjectorMy name is McFerrin Berryhill and I am a certified nurse practitioner with a focus in aesthetic medicine! I am based in the greater Memphis area and I graduated with my Nurse Practitioner degree in 2021.
Prior to aesthetic medicine, I spent eight years as a RN in the ICU! Locally, I’ve worked with St. Francis and Methodist.
During the height of COVID-19, I felt called to travel to NYC and assist in the hospitals crippled by this crazy illness. My amazing husband stayed home and raised our beautiful boys during those two months.
Since the inception of my nursing career, I’ve had an interest in aesthetic medicine. I spent a year shadowing and gaining knowledge before treating patients. I started my career at a local medical spa before transitioning into plastics.
Safety, education, and natural results are paramount for me as an aesthetic medicine provider. I strive to make my patients feel comfortable and safe, while creating the most beautiful version of them on the outside to match the beauty within.
My approach to injectables and aesthetic procedures is to create a plan with you to create a full-face rejuvenation.
While we cannot slow down the hands of time or the aging process, I can surely help you age well.
Thanks for taking the time to learn a little more about me and I hope to see you in my chair soon!
