Alyson began her journey as a Certified Surgical Technologist at East Memphis Surgery Center where she fell in love with all things plastic surgery. She loves being able to see someone’s self-esteem and confidence improve because of the procedures that are done. Alyson has a son that keeps her very busy playing competitive soccer and is a dog mom to three dogs. She is so very excited to be a part of the Wallace Plastic Surgery Group and looks forward to helping each patient in any way that she can.

Ashley joined the Wallace Plastic Surgery Group team in April of 2024. She handles all our front office duties. From checking patients in and out, processing payments, and greeting everyone, to assembling charts, answering phones, and making appointments, Ashley is a top-notch receptionist. She has a son who is her mini me. They love to travel to mountains or beaches and everywhere in between. Ashley loves building relationships with our patients and is always willing to help with anything that is needed.

DeeDee joined the Wallace Plastic Surgery Group team in January of 2025 and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on our team. With over 20 years of experience in plastic surgery and aesthetics, DeeDee has a deep understanding of patient care and office operations. This has allowed her to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient that walks through the door. DeeDee is dedicated to providing excellent service and supporting every patient through their journey at Wallace Plastic Surgery Group. In her spare time, DeeDee enjoys going to Pickwick Lake and spending time with her family. We are so blessed to have her on our team!

Kat Collins has spent nearly a decade in the operating room, starting her career as a Certified Surgical Technologist before earning her certification as a Surgical First Assist in 2023. She began by specializing in orthopedic surgery, but has since transitioned into the world of plastic surgery, where she loves helping patients feel more confident and beautiful. Outside the operating room, Kat can often be found on the aesthetic side, where she enjoys building personal relationships with clients and seeing them leave with a glowing smile.

Mel is a native Memphian and has been a Certified Surgical Technologist since 1977. She has worked in many surgical specialties over the years, but plastic surgery is her favorite. She began working with Dr. Wallace in 1996 and joined Dr. Wallace’s staff in 2013. She loves to assist Dr. Wallace in surgery and provide excellent post-operative care for our patients. Mel is a dog lover and enjoys reading encyclopedias and dictionaries in her spare time. Mel is a cherished part of the Wallace Plastic Surgery Group Team and we are so glad to have her.

Twanna started working with Dr. Wallace in 2019. She is the woman behind the scenes that serves as a liaison between our patients and their insurance companies. Twanna has many roles in the office including surgery scheduling, claims resolution, insurance verification, claims appeals, and so much more. Twanna’s favorite part of her job is playing an integral role in patient care. In her spare time, Twanna loves to stay up to date on pop culture! Twanna is an invaluable part of the Wallace Plastic Surgery Group family.
